Tom Elliott

New research has found nearly a third of drivers admit to reading a text message while behind the wheel.

TAC CEO Joe Califiore told Neil Mitchell what he made of those results.

“I just think that statistic is alarming,” he said.

“It’s concerning. It is an accident waiting to happen.”
