The doctor who advocates eating one meal per day to lose weight
A leading doctor is advocating having just one meal per day.
Dr Xand Van Tulleken, author of How To Lose Weight Well, has told Tom Elliott he only eats in the evening.
“Fasting, in general, is quite good for you,” Dr Van Tulleken said.
But it’s just one of the weight-loss solutions he promotes. Ultimately, Dr Van Tulleken says each person should do what’s best for them.
“If you need breakfast, you should eat it,” he said.
