The food industry’s recovery from the pandemic

A new report shows it will still take some time for local and global food markets, to bounce back from the Omicron wave.

Rabobank’s latest Australian Agri-business outlook says food and beverage companies are reporting margin pressure, stemming from inflation across the business.

Rural reporter Rhiannon Soliman-Marron caught up with the report’s co-author Michael Harvey – to talk about what’s in store this year for the industry.
