The path of Australia’s first regenerative olive farmer

Manna Hill Estate has become the first olive producer in the country to be certified regenerative.

The Victorian business, which produces oil, soaps and balms, has been working with a Greener World to ensure it’s meeting sustainability standards.

Rural editor Sophie Clarke caught up with owner-operator Campbell Mercer to hear how they got to this point.
