How good can a steak really taste?

About $500 per kilogram of goodness according to boutique butchery Victor Churchill.

That’s the price they’re demanding for their wagyu at the Sydney store.

Tom, a skeptic, spoke with owner Anthony Puharich this afternoon, and asked how he eats a $500/kg steak.

“Just on its own,” Mr Puharish said.

“I just wanted to enjoy that piece of meat on its own.”
