Value adding to farm waste

A South Australian business that uses surplus farm produce has been recognised at Business Australia’s National Business awards as a top ten finalist.

Rural editor Eddie Summerfield spoke with Woodlane Orchard founder Kelly Johnson started the business almost by accident after helping out a mate who had extra dried peaches that were just going to waste.
