Victoria blames Commonwealth for stalling crucial rail project

The Victorian Government is refusing to release the full business case for the revised Murray Basin Rail project, until the Commonwealth tells it to.

A summary has been released, showing several key lines in the state’s north west will no longer be standardised.

Farmers and business groups have been calling for the Victorian government to release the document.
