Our personal data and information may soon be used to keep tabs on where we are in an attempt to stop the spread of COVID-19, but who exactly will get our information?

As the coronavirus pandemic continues to grip the globe, new surveillance methods are being brought in to try and stop its spread.

Biometric data collection, as well as geolocation is being used across the world to monitor the movements of citizens.

These apps are collecting our data, and have already caused privacy and security concerns throughout the community.

Futurist and Business Technology expert Steve Sammartino joined Luke Grant on Australia Overnight, to discuss what will exactly happen with our data.
