Why we should eat more eggs in the lead up to winter

A dietitian is encouraging us to eat more eggs, to increase our vitamin D intake.

More than a quarter of Australians are deficient, which can cause a poor immune system, weak bones and muscles, and unhealthy teeth.

Rural Reporter Jessica Clancy caught up with Dietitian Sharon Natoli, who shared the benefits of eggs, and some creative ways to eat them:
