Police appeal to the public following suspicious blaze

A suspicious fire has broken out in a factory in Spotswood in the early hours of this morning.

Emergency services were called out to the Hudson Road address just after 2:30am, where crews discovered the blaze spreading to neighbouring factories.

Speaking on 3AW Breakfast, Victoria Police Media Officer John McLaughlin said a total of nine people where evacuated from the premises.
