Police are searching for possible human remains at rubbish tip in Hampton Park

Police are at a rubbish tip on Hallam Road, Hampton Park where what is believed to be human remains have been observed.

The possible remains were spotted about 9.50am by a worker at the rubbish tip.

The worker was unable to stop them from being covered by incoming rubbish.

Investigators are currently excavating the area in attempt to locate and confirm the report.
