Police arrest ‘erratic’ pedestrian live on air after causing traffic chaos on the Monash Freeway

Police have performed a dramatic arrest on the Monash Freeway this afternoon after a pedestrian was acting “very erratically”.

Chris Miller from the Department of Transport was providing details on 3AW Drive on the unfolding incident when police made the arrest live on air.

“Police are taking him down right now, they are arresting him as we speak,” Miller told Jacqui Felgate.
