Police hunt man over indecent act near a school in Melton

Police are appealing for public assistance to help identify a man following an incident near a Melton school.

Detectives have been told a group of students were sitting on a bench when they noticed a man in the playground last month. 

The man had unzipped his pants and performing a lewd act. 

The children ran to a teacher in the schoolyard and observed the man leaving the area towards Richard Road.

Police have released CCTV in relation to the incident:

The man was wearing black jeans and a grey hooded top.
