Police investigate after body found at Doncaster Shopping Centre

The Homicide Squad is investigating following the death of a man found injured in a lift at Doncaster Shoppingtown.

Members of the public who were at the shopping centre carpark for an early morning fitness bootcamp found the man injured in an elevator but still alive at 6.10am.

Paramedics attended but the man died at the scene.

He’s yet to be formally identified.

The car park has been shut off as police investigate the circumstances surrounding the death.
