Police investigate alleged sexual assault in Fitzroy

Police have released an image of a young man following an alleged sexual assault in Fitzroy last month.

A 19-year-old woman has told police she met a man while drinking at a pub on Brunswick Street.

They went to a nearby park where she was allegedly sexually assaulted.

The alleged offender appears to be Caucasian and spoke with a Swedish or German accent. 

Police have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
