Police investigate the death of a woman at Sunshine West

Police are searching for a man following the suspicious death of a woman at Sunshine West.

Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death, which occurred on Tuesday night.

Emergency services were called to a Hall Street address where they located the body of a woman around 9pm.

The woman is yet to be formally identified and detectives are currently treating the death as suspicious.

No arrests have been made at this stage, police are looking for a man is known to reside at the address.

Police want to speak with the man, as they believe he may be able to assist with their inquiries.

He may be travelling in a black 2003 Nissan Pulsar, registration SHH971.
