Police investigating alleged sexual assault at a laundromat in Wonthaggi

Police are appealing for assistance from the public in locating a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at a laundromat in Wonthaggi earlier this month.

Police were told a man entered a laundromat on Graham Street at 2:30pm on October 19 before approaching a woman and allegedly engaging in sexual activity.

The man even offered the woman money before driving off in a dark blue sedan which is believed to be old and in poor condition.

The male is described as being 40 to 50 years old, with a dark olive complexion, heavy build and bald.
