Police investigating attempted abduction of teenage girl in St Kilda East

Police are investigating a concerning attempted abduction in St Kilda East which occurred last month.

A 16-year-old girl was walking on the corner of Hotham Street and Denman Avenue just before 6pm on Wednesday October 18 when she was approached my a man.

He tried to force her into a white sedan before the girl managed to pull her arm free and ran away.

She was not physically injured.
