Police investigating potential link after string of fires in Melbourne’s north

Police are investigating whether a barbershop set alight and a burnt-out car found nearby are linked following multiple fires in Coburg.

Media Advisor Emma Faliszewski says it’s believed offenders allegedly broke into the barbershop on Gaffney Street before torching it around 11pm last night.

“Luckily, no one was inside,” she told Ross and Russ.
