Police make breakthrough in ‘Pam the Bird’ mystery

Police have confirmed they’ve charged a man over a series of graffitied ‘Pam the Bird’ images which have appeared across Melbourne in recent days.

A 21-year-old from Yarraville is facing more than 50 charges, including criminal damage, burglary, shop theft and theft of a motor vehicle.
