Police raid Donvale, Pakenham and Officer to investigate Carrum Downs shooting

The anti-bikie taskforce ECHO has raided five locations on Wednesday morning as part of an investigation into a recent shooting.

Residents in Donvale awoke to find as many as eight police cars in their street.

Heavily armed police were knocking on the door of a property, demanding the occupants come out.

Victoria Police has confirmed the raid was one of five being conducted, the others in Pakenham and Officer.

A 39-year-old man was left with a gunshot wound to the leg at Carrum Downs on October 1.
