Police release crystal clear CCTV after attempted robbery at Cheltenham

A knife-wielding would-be thief has made the rookie mistake of jumping into a taxi after he attempted to rob a man.
Police have released images of a man they wish to speak with over the incident, which happened outside the Cheltenham Railway Station earlier this month.
A 20-year-old man got off the train and walked towards Charman Road when he was approached by a man demanding his wallet about 4am on Sunday, September 4.
But the victim refused.
The offender then produced a knife but fled into a taxi and travelled towards Brighton.
He is perceived to be of middle-eastern appearance, about 173cm tall, medium build and about 20-years-old.
He was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper, baseball style hat, blue tracksuit pants, and blue Asics runners and carrying a black/grey bum bag over his shoulders.
