Police seek witnesses after man attempts two break ins on Balaclava street at different times of the same day

Police are urging for witnesses to come forward after a man broke into a home in Balaclava in late January.

Investigators revealed he allegedly broke into a home around 8am on January 29 at Blenheim Street before fleeing with the belongings of the victim.

Police media spokesperson, Caitlin Knight, revealed the man returned to the same street around 1pm before breaking into a second property.
