Police shutdown out of control underage Halloween party at Northcote
The dog squad has been called in and two teenagers have been taken to hospital after a State Government-sanction underage Halloween Party descended into mayhem in Northcote last night.
As many as 500 youths attended.

Organised by the Darebin Freeza Committee funded by the State Government, the event was promoted as free from drug and alcohol
But police were called amid reports a number of youths were substance affected, which then turned ugly around 9PM.
People in the crowd becoming aggressive, despite the presence of police and paramedics.
The dog squad was called in and trams on high street brought to a standstill.
While no arrests were made, two teenagers were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Two other teens were assessed by paramedics at the scene.
