Police swarm on Mornington house, man arrested at gunpoint

A man has been arrested at gunpoint after heavily armed police swarmed on a house at Mornington.

Special Operations trucks and several police cars surrounded the house on Friday morning.

A 26-year-old man was taken into custody shortly after.

It follows an ongoing investigation into a number of burglaries and thefts.
