Police target hoons during three-night blitz in regional Victoria

Police have cracked down on dangerous hoons and other criminal behaviour during a three-night blitz in the Latrobe Valley.

Operation Black Kite was conducted at Moe, Morwell and Traralgon – involving the highway patrol, the air wing, the canine unit and local detectives.

Fifteen people were arrested.

There were a number of charges laid, including reckless conduct endangering life, drug trafficking, drug possession, possessing proceeds of crime and prohibited weapons.
