Police union boss reveals frustration which really drives cops ‘insane’

The boss of the police union says frustration over court rulings is “one of the number one complaints” he hears about from members.

Police Association secretary Wayne Gatt told Ross and Russel police “sometimes feel powerless when they watch offenders go to court and roll out the door they went into”.

“It rates in the top three issues that really drive them insane,” he said.
