Police vehicle and car collide in Toorak

A police vehicle has collided with another car in Toorak.

Witness Grant says the police vehicle had its lights on before the smash on the corner of Orrong and Malvern roads.

“No one is injured but both cars are written off,” he told Neil Michell.

There is debris all over the road.
