Political consultant ‘fears the worst’ after grand jury votes to indict Donald Trump

An American political consultant says he “fears the worst” after a grand jury voted to indict Donald Trump.

The former president Donald Trump claims he is “completely innocent” and is the victim of “political persecution and blatant electoral interference” over allegations he broke the law with payments made during the 2016 presidential campaign to silence claims of an extramarital sexual encounter.

Trump says he’s been the victim of a witch hunt from the radical left.

“I think now this has become ‘real’ this is going to trigger something in this country,” Jeffrey Sayegh told Neil Mitchell on Friday.
