Popular Melbourne cafes viral response to one star review

Levi Cafe in Murumbeena has gone viral after responding to a customer’s one-star review in an Instagram post.

The Google review cited an issue with an ingredient in the cafe’s granola dish, which the owner, Harry Butler, says is clearly printed on the menu.

“It’s so unfair to throw these ill-considered one-star reviews of businesses when they’ve gone to every effort to make your experience positive,” he told Jacqui Felgate.
