Port Adelaide player reportedly involved in ‘incident’ outside bar

Jackson Trengove has been cleared of any wrongdoing after he was hit in the face during a fight outside an Adelaide bar.

Port Adelaide released a statement on Monday, saying its player did not retaliate and left the scene immediately.

The punch left him with bruising around the eye.

‘Based on all of the available information at hand the club is satisfied Trengove did not break any team rules and will be available for selection this weekend.’
