A place in history awaits the winner of tonight’s clash at the MCG.

But it’s not as though these clubs have been starved of success in recent years.

The Cats or Swans have featured in eight of the last 11 Grand Finals, and their meeting in this Preliminary Final ensures that will become nine out of 12 next week.

Should Geelong win, Sydney will be just the second minor premier since 2005 to miss out on the Grand Final.

The full 3AW Football team will be assembled to bring you the very best call of this massive match!

TODAY’S LINE-UP from 6PM: Matthew Lloyd, Luke Ball, Dwayne Russell, Bruce Eva, Mick Warner, Doc Larkins, and Sam ‘Scoop’ McClure.
