Prestigious private school splashing cash on neighbouring houses

The expansion tactics of one of Melbourne’s most prestigious private schools has captured the attention of Ross and John.

Scotch College recently bought a neighbouring house for almost $1 million ABOVE the auction reserve, according to Domain.com.au

The school now owns all but 11 of 27 houses in Hawthorn’s Hambledon Road.

The school has reportedly spent about $25 million on property in Hambledon and Fordholm roads alone.
