‘Pretty horrendous’ incident unfolds at Liverpool’s Premier League victory parade

One man is in custody, after a car ploughed into huge crowds celebrating Liverpool’s English Premier League title.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer says the scenes are “appalling” and thanked emergency services for their swift response.

Europe Correspondent for Nine, Hannah Sinclair, said the incident is “pretty horrendous”.
