Pop star Prince reportedly died without a will.

And with an estate worth roughly $300 million, that leaves a lot of money to go around.

But where would it end up if he was from Australia?

Family law expert Peter Szabo said there’d plenty of ‘ifs and buts’ to run through.

‘If you don’t have a will, it’s an absolute mess,’ he said bluntly.
