For Eurydice: Thousands gather in Princes Park for emotional tribute
About 10,000 people gathered at Princes Park to honour the memory of Eurydice Dixon last night.
Men, women and children all gathered around a makeshift memorial, surrounded by candles.
The aim of the event was to provide a quiet space to show love, respect and solidarity.

Premier Daniel Andrews was among those in attendance, along with wife Cath.
Ms Dixon, 22, was found dead in the park last week.
A 19-year-old Broadmeadows man, Jaymes Todd, has since been charged with her rape and murder.
