Pro-Palestine protesters arrested after targeting traffic lights as mass disruption continues
Police have arrested two individuals for criminal damage related to traffic lights at the intersection Victoria Street and Nicholson Street in Carlton.
3AW police reporter, Madeline Burke, says 12 others have been arrested in Port Melbourne after protesting.
“It was a very vocal group there, of around 50 protesters,” she told Tom Elliott.

A15 protesters were accused of targeting traffic lights as protests across the state ramp up.
Spokesperson with Disrupt Wars and Wage Peace, Zelda denied the allegations, calling it a coincidence.
“I’ve got no idea how someone would that … It does seem like an extraordinary coincidence,” she said.

Protesters have targeted a weapons facility in Port Melbourne.
“There’s about 100 people here,” she said.
