Australian post offices could soon include fitting rooms, so people can try on their online purchases before they take the items home.

Australians spent close to $64 billion on online home shopping over the past year.

“There is a real upside for consumers in a couple of ways with this proposal,” Bri Williams, consumer behaviour guru and founder of People Patterns, told Ross and Russel.
