Push for speed limits to be scrapped while overtaking in Victoria

A Victorian politician wants speed limits scrapped while overtaking.

Tim Quilty, from the Liberal Democrats, said it would make overtaking safer on country roads.

“It doesn’t make sense to be stuck in that other lane with oncoming traffic, staying at the speed limit,” he said on 3AW Drive.
