The push to raise the age of criminal responsibility in Victoria to 10 to 14 is gaining momentum, and it’s got Tom Elliott concerned.

Fiona Patten will present a petition signed by more than 65,000 Victorians to parliament.

The Reason Party leader said the evidence was clear.
