Queen cancels much-anticipated appearance due to new health issue

The Queen’s much-anticipated return to public duties has been cancelled at the last minute due to a new health issue.

The Queen cancelled all public engagements almost four weeks ago on doctors orders, but had committed to appearing at the Remembrance Sunday service, a very significant date on Britain’s calendar.

But less than two hours before it started, Buckingham Palace released a statement saying with “great regret” her majesty couldn’t attend because of a sprained back.
