Queen withdraws from Jubilee service after ‘fantastic’ first day of celebrations

The Queen has withdrawn from appearing at the Service of Thanksgiving, Buckingham Palace has confirmed.

It comes after a “fantastic” first day of Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

“Buckingham Palace said she experienced some discomfort during this first day of Jubilee celebrations,” Lydia Starbuck, Jubilee & Associate Editor at Royal Central, told Ross and Russel.
