Quick-thinking Coles workers save a shopper’s life
Three quick-thinking Coles workers have been credited with saving a woman’s life after she suffered cardiac arrest at a supermarket earlier this month.
The woman, who was aged in her early 50s, was shopping with her 11-year-old when she was struck down.
Workers at Coles phoned ESTA immediately, and calmly began CPR, continuing until help arrived.

ESTA CEO Stephen Leane says the actions of the workers were “very impressive”.
“Mary, who was in the Coles, she actually got both firefighters, an ambulance crew, three wonderful young Coles staff and an ESTA operator all working together in unison,” he told Ross and Russel.
