Quit director reveals Victoria has unknown number of tobacco stores after Allan government announces licensing scheme

The director of Quit has revealed the current number of tobacco stores and what they sell is not known after the Allan government announced their plans for a tobacco licensing scheme.

Rachel Anderson says the organisation commends the government for the move.

“It will give us the capacity to able to prosecute those who aren’t doing the right thing, and it will give us better regulation around the sale of tobacco,’ she told Jacqui Felgate.
