The 120-1 long-shot, trained by Lee Curtis, led all the way to claim the $1 million race in front of 60,888 people at Flemington.

Winning jockey Brenton Avdulla controlled the tempo with a stunning ride.

3AW was again trackside to broadcast all the action.
