A Real Estate Agent has lifted the lid on the land tax ‘problem’ affecting rate rises in one Melbourne council.
Tony told Jacqui Felgate that rates in the City of Stonnington were beginning to bite, with the site values on some properties on High Street in Armadale increasing as much as 70 per cent.
“I can see a lot of problems going on the market…land tax is becoming a problem,” he said on 3AW Drive.
