Real Estate Institute of Victoria calls for crackdown on ‘deceptive, misleading’ practice

Victoria’s peak real estate industry lobby group is backing a move to pressure the state government to crack down on “deceptive, misleading” underquoting.

President of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Jacob Caine, told Ross and Russ real estate agents “despise” the practice, which is rampant across the state.
