Real estate sign’s contradictory wording

Tom Elliott has received a photo of a sign advertising a property in Melbourne’s leafy eastern suburbs, that contains some confusing contradictory language.

Listener Ngaire told Tom an 80-year-old oak tree had been cut down by the owners of the property, and now the sign advertising the house says it has “all trees already removed” but “in a leafy tranquil setting”.
