Rebel Wilson handed record payout in court
Rebel Wilson has been awarded more than $4.5 million in damages – an Australian record – after she was repeatedly defamed in a series of articles about her age.
The Australian actor won her defamation lawsuit against Bauer Media in June.

Wilson was not present in court, however, later described the verdict as the “end of a long and hard court battle against Bauer Media.”
