FULL TIME: Hawthorn has reached its fifth Grand Final in eight years – and fourth in a row – with a 27-point win over Fremantle. Livewire forward Cyril Rioli booted two pivotal goals in the final term.

HALF TIME: Hawthorn leads Fremantle by 16 points after a fast-paced half. Hawk forward Ryan Schoenmakers is the game’s only multiple goal-kicker with two.

A six-goal blitz either side of quarter time opened up a 25-point lead for Hawthorn, before Freo hit back in the second term.
